Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, callback request, or contact form we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email (if provided), ZIP code or service address, the service you are interested in, project details, preferred contact time, and any photos you attach.

Call information. If you call (718) 682-2764 we receive your phone number and the time of the call. If we miss your call we may text or call you back at that number.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites we collect device and browser type, approximate location (from IP address), pages viewed, buttons tapped, referring site, and ad campaign identifiers such as Google click IDs (gclid) and UTM parameters when you arrive from an ad.

• To contact you about your request, schedule an estimate, and send you a written quote.
• To match your project with an appropriate crew or partner contractor (see Section 4).
• To follow up if we miss your call or you did not finish a form.
• To understand which pages and ads bring in real projects so we can improve the site.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms and phone lines.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics. We use PostHog to measure how the site is used. PostHog may record page views, clicks, form interactions, and anonymized session replays (with text you type masked) so we can find and fix usability problems. Data is sent through our own domain and is not shared with data brokers.

Google Ads. We advertise on Google. When you arrive from an ad and later request a quote or call us, we report that conversion back to Google Ads so we can see which ads work. For “enhanced conversions”, Google receives a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of the email or phone you entered, which Google can match only against its own signed-in users. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Cookies. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but some features (like remembering a partially completed form) may not.

• Crews and partner contractors. To get your project done we may share your name, contact details, address, and project details with our own crews or a licensed partner contractor who will perform or estimate the work.
• Service providers. Companies that host our site and database, send email and text notifications, and run analytics and advertising for us. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

By submitting your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your request, including automated text reminders about your estimate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us on the phone and we will note it on your file. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

We keep quote requests, quotes, and call records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet tax and legal obligations — generally up to seven years for completed projects. You can ask us to delete your request sooner (see Section 8).

Information is stored with reputable cloud providers, transmitted over HTTPS, and access is limited to people who need it to respond to you. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information (such as payment card or Social Security numbers) through website forms.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. New York residents and residents of states with consumer-privacy laws may have additional rights; we honor those requests regardless of where you live. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within 30 days.

Our services are for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
