NY Construction Quotes is operated by Bros Construction, a home-improvement contractor serving Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Long Island. Some projects are performed by our own crews and some by licensed partner contractors we coordinate on your behalf.

• Prices, ranges, or timelines shown on this website or given over the phone before a site visit are estimates only. They are based on the information you provide and typical conditions.
• A binding price and scope exist only in a written proposal or contract that we send you and you sign. That document controls over anything on this site.
• Quotes we send may expire on the date stated in the quote. Material prices, permit fees, and hidden conditions (for example rotted decking under old roofing) can change the final price; we will tell you before proceeding with any change.
• Requesting a quote does not obligate you to hire us, and does not obligate us to take the job.

When you submit a phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your request, including if we missed your call. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to submit forms or copy content.
• Attempt to access accounts, admin areas, or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.

We may block or refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

The text, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to Bros Construction or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Project photos you send us may be used to prepare your estimate; we will ask before using them in marketing.
